One Evidence Standard. Every Community You Manage.
Every community keeps its own CC&Rs and its own detection ruleset, but every evidence packet looks the same, so your team stops relearning the process at every property.
No Inconsistent Enforcement, Anywhere in the Portfolio
Every community keeps its own governing documents and its own detection ruleset, but every evidence packet looks the same, so your team isn't relearning a new process at each property.
Standardize Enforcement. Not the Rules Themselves.
Upload each community's CC&Rs once. Beehive maps each one to the same detection ruleset independently, so a resident in one community and a resident in another get evidence handled the same way, even though their actual covenants differ.
- Upload CC&Rs per community as you onboard them
- Each is parsed independently and mapped to the shared detection categories
- Survey schedules generate per community, visible from one portfolio view
Estimate the Fleet a Portfolio Needs
Pick a target survey frequency and we'll estimate the drone count it takes to hit it across your portfolio. This is a planning estimate, not a coverage guarantee.
A drone flies a circuit, not one home per battery: this estimate factors in flight endurance, routing efficiency across your communities' layouts, and daily flight capacity within daylight and twilight hours. Every community gets at least one drone, regardless of size, since a drone can't be shared mid-flight across sites. Actual fleet sizing is confirmed in your coverage plan.

Start with a single community to validate the CC&R mapping and survey schedule before expanding.

Add communities on your own timeline, each with its own governing documents and detection ruleset.
One point of contact
A dedicated account contact for the whole portfolio, instead of a separate relationship per community.
Common Questions From Portfolio Operators
That's a setup decision made per community: Beehive can bill the association directly, or bill your company for a consolidated portfolio invoice. Either way, evidence and reporting stay organized per community.
Yes. Each community's evidence, CC&Rs, and detection ruleset are scoped to that community. Your portfolio view aggregates status (open/closed packet counts) without mixing one community's evidence into another's record.
Yes, that's the recommended path. See "How onboarding works" above.
Yes, per community. A vehicle that doesn't match a community's registered-vehicle list triggers a notification to that community's own security staff or a board-designated contact, not to a shared portfolio inbox. Beehive doesn't review the alert first and never contacts law enforcement. Full detail on Trust & Privacy.
